PaymentPayment for any order may be made by personal check, bank check, money order, bank wire, Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. Payment for international orders is ONLY accepted in the form of a bank draft payable in U.S. Dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. If paying via PayPal, we accept payment only from one PayPal account per buyer and only from "Verified" users (see PayPal at
www.paypal.com on how to become a "Verified" user) with "Confirmed" PayPal addresses. Credit card and PayPal payments are not acceptable for bulk gold purchases.
Shipping to U.S. AddressesFor shipments to US addresses, buyer pays

Orders paid by bank check, money order, bank wire, or credit card will be shipped within one business day of receipt in our office. Orders paid for by personal check will be shipped upon check clearance at our bank, generally in 7 business days. If paying via credit card, we only ship to the credit card billing address. If paying via PayPal we ship only to "Confirmed" PayPal addresses.
Shipping to Non-U.S. AddressesInternational orders are respectfully declined.
ReturnsFor all non-bullion items, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within seven days of your receipt of the package for a full refund of the purchase price. Returns must be in their original, unopened packaging. All returns of bullion purchases are subject to refund or replacement at our option. Credit card orders are subject to a 6% restocking fee, PayPal orders are subject to a 3% restocking fee.
